Police report a 25-year-old State College man was arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred on I-99 southbound, Bellwood Exit Ramp at 1:25 p.m. June 1.
Police said Timothy George Lavanish intentionally opened the passenger side door of the vehicle in which he was traveling in front of a police officer as he was performing a safety inspection on a tractor trailer combination.
