Nathan Paul Foor, 21, of 2602 Maple Avenue, Altoona, the reported robber at the Choice Store in Tyrone, has his preliminary hearing set for Tuesday, February 5 at 9:15 a.m.
\nFoor was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller on Tuesday around 11:45 p.m.
\nHe was placed in Blair County Prison on $15,000 straight bail.
\nIt was reported yesterday in The Daily Herald that around 7 p.m. Tuesday night, the Tyrone Police Department received a dispatch for a robbery which had just occurred at the Choice Store on 10th Street in Tyrone. Officers responded and found two store patrons detaining the suspect, Foor, in the parking lot.
