In the past years, with the help of generous donations, the Chamber of Commerce was able to light the streets of Tyrone. Past support has made possible the purchase of snowflake banners, stars, bows and two sky liners. With last year\u2019s donations, the Chamber purchased 32 holiday banners to add to previous purchases. These new \u201cJoy\u201d banners are located on Pennsylvania Avenue and 10th Street as well as intersections throughout the downtown area. Anyone interested in donating to the lighting fund may make checks payable to \u201cTyrone Christmas Lighting\u201d and mail to Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce, 1004 Logan Avenue, Tyrone, Pa 16686.
