Loretta F. Turner (Forcey), age 84, of Haven Beach died Sunday, December 2, 2007 at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Manahawkin. Born in Tyrone, PA she lived there until graduating high school, going on to work as a Registered Nurse in Reading Hospital. She then lived in the Trenton area before moving to Long Beach Island in 1979. She was a diehard Eagles fan and always was sure that the Showboat made their monthly mortgage payments.
\nLoretta was predeceased by her parents Franklin and Eleanor (Shimp), and her husband Dr. Rodney Turner in 2001. Surviving are her son Peter Danbury and her two step-children Charles Turner and Kathy Perschietti.
