Members of Bald Eagle United Methodist Church and The Church of the Good Shepherd have been working hard over the past months to put together a Christian festival so area churches, Christian organizations and residents can come together to celebrate their faith.
\nThe two churches are sponsoring the event, \u201cBurn: A Festival Igniting Hearts for God\u201d which will be held tomorrow from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Church of the Good Shepherd, behind the Tyrone football field.
\nAdmission to this Christian festival is free.
\nFree contemporary Christian music will also be provided by \u201cPraise Unplugged\u201d from the Bald Eagle UM Church and \u201cONE Heart\u201d from Church of the Good Shepherd.
\nThere will be various booths set up by area churches, as well as other Christian organizations. The booths will have food, crafts, games and face painting.
\nThose attending are asked to bring along a blanket or lawn chair so they may sit and enjoy the music.
\nThose with booths set up are encouraged to bring along information about their church\/organization, as well as pictures.
\nIt is the hope of organizers that \u201cwe as the body of Christ can work together to do what we are called to do and minister to the public.\u201d
