The Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce has scheduled several events for the month of June.
\nThe next Chamber breakfast is scheduled to be held at Joe\u2019s Place on Thursday, June 14 at 7:30 a.m.
\nThe featured speaker will be Ben LaParne, Assistant District Executive of PennDOT Construction from District 2.
\nHe will present a power point presentation and discussion on the current activity on I-99.

\nAlso, the Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce and Saint Francis University Small Business Development Center have joined together to present \u201cBasics of Selling on eBay\u201d.
\nMost people have heard of others making money selling their wares on eBay. Its popularity has skyrocketed and the momentum isn\u2019t showing any signs of slowing down.
\nThose interested should attend this seminar to learn how to get started on selling their items on eBay.
\nAt the seminar, participants will learn how to set up an eBay account, create an eBay listing, take digital pictures, price an item, use PayPal and ship items.
\nThe seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, June 19 from 9 a.m. to noon at Burley\u2019s Restaurant, Tyrone. Registration is from 8:30 to 9 a.m. The cost is $20 per person and that includes breakfast and all materials. Seating is limited. \nFinally, this month\u2019s Business After Hours, hosted by Tyrone Colonial Courtyard, is scheduled for Thursday, June 28 from 5:15 to 7 p.m.
\nEveryone in attendance will enjoy a summer concert in the courtyard presented by Dan and Galla.
\nLight refreshments will be served and door prizes will be awarded.
