TYRONE–Jesse Hertzler had four hits and scored four runs while Josh Clark, who also scored four times, and Jaime Levinson both drove in three runs to help Tyrone Legion top Hoss\u2019s 16-12.
\nIn all, the Legion pounded out 19 hits.
\nTyrone Legion built up a 10-5 advantage after four innings, although Hoss\u2019s tried to stage a comeback, scoring seven runs over their final three at-bats. The Legion nine kept the pressure on Hoss\u2019s with three-run innings in both the fifth and sixth frames to insure the victory.
\nLevinson picked up the win, and Tyler Golden notched a save by recording the final five outs after relieving Levinson with a 13-11 lead in the sixth.
\nTwo of Hertzler\u2019s hits were doubles. Doug Morrow and Levinson, who also tripled, both doubled as well.
\nJoe Ulsh had three hits, scored three times and drove in a run to lead Hoss\u2019s.
\nTyrone Legion (2-1) will travel to Vets\u2019 Field tonight to play ReMax Realty at 5:30 p.m.
