The Fifth Annual Tyrone Community Night at the Altoona Curve is scheduled for August 17, with game time beginning at 7:05 p.m.
\nAll Tyrone area residents are encouraged to attend what is sure to be a fun community night out at Blair County Ball Park, as the Altoona Curve is scheduled to take on the Erie Seawolves.
\nTickets are $5 and are available at the Tyrone Area Chamber of Commerce office. Tickets can be mailed. Children two and under are admitted for free.
\nSome of the entertainment scheduled for the evening includes: pre-game entertainment, \u201cGod Bless America\u201d sung by Tyrone resident Dave Kaup, first pitch, between inning activities, birthday announcements, fireworks after the game and more.
