Once again this year, the Morning Star Restaurant in Bellwood is offering a traditional Thanksgiving meal for those in the community who might otherwise be alone on the holiday.
\nThe meal will be served Thursday, Nov. 23 at 11:30 a.m. at the restaurant. The meal is free. Those interested in attending should contact the restaurant at 742-9100 or stop at the restaurant located at 400 Main Street prior to Thursday.
\nOwner Crindy Morningstar stressed that the dinner is only for those who sincerely don\u2019t have family or friends to be with for the holiday this year.
\nExcept for the serving of the Thanksgiving meal, the restaurant will be closed on Thursday. The restaurant will reopen with its regular hours on Friday at 7 a.m.
\nAlso once again this year, The Morning Star is offering special hunting season hours. The restaurant will open at 4 a.m. on Nov. 27, Nov. 28, Dec. 2 and Dec. 3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
