Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of State Route 220 and State Route 350 in Snyder Township on Oct. 25 at 5:40 p.m.
\nState police said Thomas Ray of Tyrone was going south on State Route 220 and was stopped at a red light. Devin Barnes was also going south but was unable to stop his truck on the wet road. His vehicle hit the rear of Ray\u2019s car.
\nRay and two passengers, Michael Ray and Ian Moore, both of Tyrone, were not injured. None of the occupants in Ray\u2019s vehicle were wearing seat belts. Barnes was wearing his seat belt, according to the police release.
\nRay and his passengers were taken to a hospital for treatment.

\nA shed in Snyder Township owned by John Ruggery of Duncansville was the scene of a burglary sometime between 6 p.m. on Oct. 25 and 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 26.
\nPolice said the robbery happened on a cabin property along Moose Park Road when someone cut a lock on the shed and entered it.
\nOnce in the cabin, the unidentified robber took a Sears\/Craftsman chainsaw and a five-gallon gas can. The total loss was listed at $195.
\nState police said anyone with information on the crime or any of the numerous similar burglaries that have happened in northern Blair County should contact them at 696-6100.

\nFour people including two children escaped injury in a two-vehicle accident on old Route 220 in Antis Township on Oct. 26 at 3:47 p.m.
\nA car driven by 38-year-old Laura Kurty of Altoona was attempting to make a left turn from the center turning lane and was struck by a vehicle driven by 47-year-old Joseph Krawczyk of Gallitzin. His vehicle was northbound on the road. The left front of Krawczyk\u2019s vehicle hit the left front of Kurty\u2019s vehicle. Krawczyk told authorities he had fallen asleep.
\nBoth Krawczyk and Kurty were wearing seat belts. Two children in Krawczyk\u2019s vehicle, seven and eight-year-old girls, were not hurt.
\nBoth vehicles had moderate damage.

\nA 24-year-old Altoona man, Brad A. Floyd, was taken into custody on Oct. 27 after he was alleged to have intentionally rammed his vehicle into a SUV belonging to Frankie and Patrice Lechner of Altoona.
\nPolice said the SUV was parked in the driveway of the victims when it was hit at 3:47 p.m. The impact caused the SUV to strike the foundation of the Lechner\u2019s residence and caused significant damage.
\nPolice said Floyd was upset over a custody dispute involving a young child.

\nTwo people were accused of harassment after a domestic incident in Snyder Township on Oct. 30 at 5:10 p.m.
\nPolice said the incident happened at 98 B Meade Street and involved 35-year-old Bobbie Jean Baker and 37-year-old Clyde William Brantner, both of Tyrone.

\nState police investigated a hit-and-run accident in Logan Township on Oct. 31 at 3:34 a.m.
\nPolice said a vehicle operated by 30-year-old Treva Ray was on the east berm of Interstate 99, just south of the 17th Street exit when the incident happened.
\nAn unknown vehicle side-swiped the left side of Ray\u2019s car and continued to travel north on the road. Ray was unable to provide a description of the hit-and-run vehicle.
\nRay was not hurt and was wearing a seat belt.
