Potts of 385 Holland Road, Tyrone was spotted in a vehicle by an off-duty state police officer on East Sixth Avenue at 12:21 p.m. Heller said the off-duty officer knew of warrants against Potts and he contacted 911. Logan police then responded to the call.<br \/>\nHeller said Potts was headed into Greenwood when police encountered him. Heller explained a police vehicle displayed its emergency lights behind Potts\u2019 vehicle in an attempt to have him pull his vehicle over to the side of the road.<br \/>\nPotts then allegedly fled police on South Dartmouth Lane. He crossed over Pleasant Valley Boulevard and stopped his vehicle in a driveway on Notre Dame Road.<br \/>\nHeller said Potts then fled on foot and was apprehended by officers \u201cseveral doors down\u201d from where he left his vehicle. Heller said there was a female passenger in the vehicle Potts was driving. The unidentified passenger was not charged in the incident.<br \/>\nAfter his capture, Potts was placed in Blair County Prison on a bench warrant. He is facing numerous charges stemming from yesterday\u2019s incident.
