The Youth Outreach Center has announced the second annual World\u2019s Largest Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 15 at 1 p.m.
\nThis year\u2019s event will include a movie on the big screen, Easter egg hunt and crafts.
\nThe World\u2019s Largest Easter Egg Hunt is a community event designed to bring families together for a fun and special occasion.
\nThe World\u2019s Largest Easter Egg Hunt will be part of a national register of Easter egg hunts and will commence at 1 p.m., with a children\u2019s Easter movie being shown on the big screen.
\nFollowing the movie, children and guests will move to the dining room where they will work on a small craft project and then be treated to an Easter egg hunt including a personal visit from the Easter Bunny.
\nEvery child will be given a gift bag filled with additional treats and surprises to take home.
\nThe World\u2019s Largest Easter Egg Hunt is open to the public. However, advance reservations and tickets must be made by April 12.
\nThe cost is $5 per child or $10 per family. For reservations or more information, call the Youth Outreach Center at 942-9400.
\nAlso, the Youth Outreach Center will host a community-wide Easter dinner on Sunday, April 16 for $2 per person, and children under five-years-old eat for free.
\nThe Easter buffet will include ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potatoes, corn, gravy, desserts and roll.
\nThe community-wide Easter dinner will be prepared at the Youth Outreach Center by community volunteers and served in the multi-purpose area of the center at 6 p.m. Advance tickets and reservations are requested for this event.
