Harn, was found guilty yesterday of a violation stemming from an incident involving a pitbull dog in late December.<br \/>\nHarn had previously plead guilty to violations stemming from an attack by a pack of dogs that led to the death of a dog earlier last month. That dog belonged to a Snyder Township man.<br \/>\nThe Daily Herald has learned Harn was accused in the latest incident of failing to keep a female pitbull confined on her premises at all times. A citation listed Donna Isenburg of RD 4, Tyrone as the victim. The incident happened on the afternoon of Dec. 27, according to the citation.<br \/>\nMagisterial District Judge Fred Miller said Harn was found guilty following a summary offense trial. She was fined $300 plus costs and related fees for an additional $52.92.<br \/>\nIn the previous case involving the Snyder Township man, Harn plead guilty to three separate violations that were issued against her as a result of an  Dec.11 incident<br \/>\n State Department of Agriculture spokesperson Michael Smith said the citations involved an attack that led to the death of a dog belonging to David Frantz.<br \/>\n Smith confirmed Harn was cited in the previous case for failing to license four of the dogs, failure to have proper vaccinations for some of the dogs and failure to keep the dogs on the owner or keeper\u2019s premises at all times.<br \/>\nHarn was fined $50 and court costs for failing to license the dogs, $50 and court costs for failure to vaccinate and $300, court costs and restitution for failure to keep the dogs on her premises at all times. The restitution costs amounted to a total of $756 for veterinarian bills, cremation of the dog and replacement of the dog.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An Altoona woman, Ashley M.
