\nArtists have been scheduled to display their work on a first come, first served basis. Each exhibit will remain on display for an eight-week period. The art exhibits will be displayed in the first floor hallway area.
\nYanchetz said the hospital will formally announce the first exhibit later this summer.
\n\u201cWe are excited about our first exhibit. The first show will include two local artists and this will be their first exhibit.\u201d
\nThe public will be invited to attend a kick-off event to be held in the hospital\\’s main lobby on September 7 at 6:30 p.m. Those who attend can view the first exhibit, enjoy refreshments and also meet all of the artists scheduled to show during the 2005-2006 exhibit year as each will be present and will display a sample of their work..
\nA brochure outlining the exhibits for the 2005-2006 exhibit year is currently being developed. Publicity will be also be issued to announce each artist.
\nAlthough the slots for the first two exhibit years are full, artists interested in displaying their work are welcome to contact the hospital as exhibit dates may be reserved in advance.
