State police report a criminal mischief case at a residence along Grandview Road in the area of Becker Road in Antis Township, between 11:30 p.m., Feb. 22 and 6 a.m. on Feb. 23.
\nSomeone smashed an outside light fixture located at the end of the victim\u2019s driveway.

\nA 14-year-old girl has been accused of harassment after an incident on a road leading to Woodland Manors in Antis Township, around 3:20 p.m. on March 2.
\nThe girl was charged with harassment after she punched another 14-year-old girl in the head, pulled her hair and kicked her in the stomach.

\nA car caught fire while traveling on State Route 865 at Mountain View Drive in Antis Township on March 3 at 5 p.m.
\nThe vehicle was operated by Janice Thompson of Altoona. While traveling south on the road, the vehicle\u2019s engine compartment began to smoke and eventually caught fire while in motion.
\nThompson pulled off onto the west shoulder and exited the vehicle.
\nThe driver was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. A passenger, Scott Dugan of Philipsburg, also escaped without injury.

\nA 25-year-old Tyrone man was involved in a one-vehicle accident on Hoovers Lane in Snyder Township at 10:30 p.m. on March 3.
\nThe crash occurred when Donald W. Hippo III was negotiating a left curve and traveled off the road. The vehicle went to the right and struck a large section of vinyl fencing.
\nAfter the impact, the driver left the scene without providing information as required by the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code. The driver and the vehicle were located at Hippo\u2019s residence at a later time.
\nHippo is being charged with leaving the scene of an accident and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Hippo was not injured and was wearing a seat belt.
\nHis vehicle, a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon CP, had moderate damage.

\nA Tipton woman reported a harassment by telephone incident which happened shortly after 10:30 a.m. on March 4.
\nPolice said the woman reported she received a threatening voice message on her cell phone voice mail. Authorities were continuing their investigation as of last week.

\nA theft of services incident which had gone on for several months was reported to state police on March 4 by Penelec.
\nThe police report noted the incident happened at a residence in Tipton, Antis Township. The state police said information was still being gathered.
