A 45-year-old Altoona man, Wesley C. Noye II, was arrested for DUI after he was stopped for an equipment violation on State Route 865 in Antis Township on Jan. 31.

\nA 19-year-old woman from Smoke Run was arrested on DUI charges after an incident on State Route 1001 on Feb. 2, 2005 at 10:55 p.m.
\nHeidi Garman was stopped for traffic violations and subsequently arrested for DUI. She was arraigned before a magisterial district judge and committed to the Blair County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bond.

\nState police are investigating a theft of services incident which occurred sometime between Feb. 3 and Feb. 6 at the rear of 2020 Bellmeade Drive in Altoona.
\nAccording to a release, someone dumped trash in a commercial business dumpster which was not theirs or as the report stated, \u201cthey don\u2019t pay for.\u201d
\nLast week, police said they have suspects and their investigation was continuing.

\nA 50-year-old Tyrone woman was involved in a simple assault and harassment incident at 2 p.m. on Feb. 4 at a residence located at 2 Oak Hill Lane in Tyrone.
\nPolice said Sandra Sue Paese got into a verbal argument with 19-year-old Marco Galante Paese that turned physical. According to state police the woman took a small bat and struck the victim several times.

\nA Port Matilda man had items taken from his vehicle while it was parked in Northwood shortly after midnight on Feb. 6.
\nA CD player and a CD case with more than 30 CDs were stolen from his vehicle which was parked in front of a residence at 220 Hancock Street.

\nA 48-year-old Duncansville man was involved in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 550 in Warriors Mark Township on Feb. 12 at 10:50 p.m.
\nDonald L. Imler was eastbound on the road when he lost control on a curve due to a wet and icy road. His truck went off the left side of the road down an embankment. The vehicle hit several tree stumps and logs.
\nImler was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
\nThe Warriors Mark-Franklin Fire Department assisted Huntingdon-based state police.

\nA 27-year-old Tyrone man, David Allen Miller, was arrested after an unlawful restraint, simple assault incident on Feb. 13.
\nMiller allegedly assaulted 24-year-old Heather Marie Wills of Tyrone in an area located on Third Street, Grazierville, Snyder Township.
\nAccording to state police, he dragged the woman out of her residence and into a wooded area. She was able to get free.
\nMiller was taken into custody. He was arraigned and placed into the Blair County Prison.

\nForty-two-year-old Randall S. Riggleman of Tyrone was involved in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 550 in Warriors Mark Township on Feb. 14 at 12:35 p.m.
\nRiggleman was traveling on the road and lost control of his vehicle on the snow and ice-covered pavement.
\nHuntingdon State Police said Riggleman\u2019s vehicle slid across the eastbound lane and impacted a utility pole on the north side of the roadway. The pole and wires fell and blocked the road for an extended period.
\nRiggleman was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. A passenger, 46-year-old Kevin Rodkey of Tyrone, was also wearing a seat belt and was not hurt.
