Hoffman who preceded her in death on Sept. 17, 1982.<br \/>\nShe is survived by two sons and two daughters: Thomas A. Scott; Monument, CO; Charles D. Scott, St. Charles, MO; Shirley A. Johnston, Huntingdon and Mary E. Burns, Warriors Mark; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.<br \/>\nShe was preceded in death by one sister.<br \/>\nShe was a member of the Northwood Baptist Chapel, the Warriors Mark Grange and Tyrone Auxiliary.<br \/>\nShe had served as a volunteer for a number of years at the Tyrone Hospital.<br \/>\nShe retired in 1972 from Penn State University as a milk tester.<br \/>\nA memorial service for Mrs. Hoffman will be held Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Northwood Baptist Chapel with Pastor Tim Tangen officiating.<br \/>\nPrivate interment at the convenience of the family will be made in Grandview Cemetery.<br \/>\nFuneral arrangements are under the direction of the Richard H.
