Police said he was found to be under the influence of alcohol and drug paraphernalia was recovered from his vehicle.<br \/>\nAfter failing field sobriety tests, he was placed in custody.<br \/>\n\u2013\u2013\u2013<br \/>\nStephen Allen Weyer of RD 3 Tipton said someone entered a shed on his property along Decker Hollow Road in Antis Township sometime between midnight and 3:45 p.m. on Nov. 11.
