Ushers are assembled, the theater is cleaned, tickets are printed and sold and posters and placements are distributed.
Director of Cinderella , Steven Stoner, has an extensive cast, totaling approximately 40 performers, and they are all working to make this production a success.
The principle characters include Megan Marcaurelle as Cinderella; Brett Keith as Prince Charming; Susan Brandt as the Wicked Stepmother and Darcy Wilson and Katie Kensinger as Portia and Joy, the Wicked Stepmother’s daughters.
Also, Debbie Huff Estright will fill the role of the Fairy Godmother, and Pete Hedberg will be the King opposite Lisa Myers’ Queen. The court is rounded out by Emily Fochler as the Chef and Nathan Pownall as the Steward.
In addition to the principle characters, the cast consists of 28 townspeople and members of the royal court, and a children’s chorus comprised of 20 young voices.
For ticket information to the Tyrone Community Players’ production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, phone the artsline at 684-ART2.

To kick off its twentieth anniversary season, Tyrone Community Players will perform Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella on November 7 and 8 at the Tyrone YMCA theater. “TCP decided to do Cinderella as the premiere production in their anniversary season because of its broad appeal to our audience, and the beautiful musical and story lines it […]

[3

post-45498","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-local-news-in-the-tyrone-pennsylvania-area
["GET
