Louise Woodring Latimer died August 21, 2003.
\nShe is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles, two sons, Keith, and Kevin, and a sister and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. William L. Gilliand of Tyrone, Pennsylvania.
\nAfter graduating from Juniata College, she taught both public and private school. Louise was a life-long Presbyterian and received Presbyterian Women Honorary Life Membership in both the United Presbyterian Church USA and the Presbyterian Church US. She was active in preservation and history and was a member of the Good Wife\u2019s River Chapter DAR (Connecticut), Wake County Historical Society, and the N.C. Presbyterian Historical Society. Louise was a dedicated volunteer in many community programs and especially in her White Memorial Presbyterian Church Home.
\nA memorial service will be held at White Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1704 Oberlin Road on Monday, August 25, 2003 at 2 p.m. followed by visitation with the family.
