\nPolice received a report from a woman stating that a woman known to her threw things out of her car in an attempt to strike the complainant\u2019s vehicle, who was following behind her in the area of 14th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. The complainant asked police to speak with the perpetrator.
\nPolice said they will contact her regarding the situation. The report was received June 19.

\nA Tyrone woman reported to police that her vehicle\u2019s alarm went off three times throughout the night on June 20.
\nPolice said there were no signs of forced entry. Police also checked the area and was unable to locate anyone or anything wrong with other vehicles. Police will make periodic checks of the area.

\nA Sheetz employee phoned police concerning a woman sleeping under the bridge near the American Legion.
\nPolice responded and discovered a 29-year-old from Montoursville. Police asked the woman to leave the area and she complied.

\nA woman noted to police that two males dressed in all black were near the Ninth Street Bridge at 4:21 a.m. Friday.
\nPolice responded and checked the area, but the males were gone upon their arrival.

\nPolice report a bicycle was found at 7:50 a.m. Friday. The owner of the bicycle is encouraged to contact police at 684-1364.

\nPolice received a report from a woman who discovered a canine on the front porch of her residence at 9 a.m. Friday. Police said she was afraid of the dog and wanted it removed .
\nPolice contacted the local dog law enforcement officer to remove the animal.

\nPolice received a report from Thomas Rumberger at 11:35 a.m. Friday stating that he either lost a large ring of keys, or they were stolen from his residence. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police.

\nBruce Daughtery reported to police that he can\u2019t find his wallet. He said it was either lost, stolen, forgotten or misplaced. The wallet is described as nylon camouflage. It contained $16 in cash and a driver\u2019s license.

\nSandra Miller reported at 7:30 p.m.. Friday that someone stole the cushion from her outdoor furniture.

\nAn anonymous male reported to police there was a fight in progress in front of Mario\u2019s at 9:56 p.m. Friday.
\nPolice said upon arrival, all involved were gone. Police said say they found false teeth and blood on the sidewalk. No victim was present.

\nPolice were called to assist the state police with three individuals hitch-hiking in the vicinity of Snappy\u2019s who were possibly involved in a retail theft incident earlier in the morning. Responding officers did make contact with the individuals at 5:56 a.m. Saturday.
\nState police advised Tyrone officers to let the individuals go, as they were not the same individuals involved in the theft.

\nPolice were summoned to the OIP at 9:18 a.m. Saturday for a commercial burglar alarm. Police found the side door unlocked. No keyholder responded. Police locked the side door and the back door while exiting the building.

\nNathan Fowler phoned police Saturday morning requesting officers to make periodic checks near his home in the evening hours. He said someone keeps \u201cmessing\u201d with the mirrors of his truck.
\nHe also reported there are juveniles loitering in a nearby alley after curfew and underage drinking.

\nPolice responded to a domestic dispute at the corner of Logan Avenue and Cottage Street at 9:05 p.m.
\nPolice said two individuals were having a verbal altercation. Police counseled both and advised that future public displays of a domestic situation would result in arrests.

\nPolice received a report from Todd Lewis concerning a suspicious box outside his residence. Police arrived and said the box was old military-style and appeared to be suspicious.
\nOfficer Greg Ray opened the box and found nails inside. The incident occurred at 10:53 p.m. Saturday.

\n Leroy Haupt reported to police that he found several items at 1:25 a.m. Sunday.
\nHaupt told police he found the items outside his residence. This included a purple bag containing several medications, and six other items, mostly binders and feminine products.

\nPolice responded to a residence to conduct a welfare check on an individual who was threatening suicide and was very disoriented. The person calling requested police to transport for medical crisis.
\nPolice complied.

\nAt 3:58 a.m. Sunday, police were contacted by state police concerning a burglar alarm at RD 3 Box 167.
\nWhile en route, police were advised that it was a fire alarm and not a burglar alarm; however, Tyrone police were advised to continue. Police arrived at the scene and assisted the fire department with a drill that had been running.

\nPolice received a report at 4:23 a.m. Sunday concerning a male that was assaulted by a female. Statements were received by both parties and the man said he did not want to prosecute.

\nAt 4:37 a.m. Sunday, police responded to an incident where a woman reported suspicious noises outside her residence. She believed someone was breaking into cars.
\nPolice checked the area, but found nothing.

\nPolice were called to an area of Pennsylvania Avenue at 4:47 a.m. Sunday regarding a hit-and-run incident. Police located a blue, Dodge Aries K car. The owner was not found.

\nAnn Reader reported to police that her neighbor dumped tree limbs on her property. She told police she didn\u2019t see the event happen, only that she knew it was them.
\nShe requested that police move the limbs. Police informed her that it was not a police matter.

\nTerra Filer reported to police that someone kicked in her back door while she was sleeping. Police received the report at 11 a.m. Sunday.
\nShe was not sure who kicked the door, but wanted police aware of the incident.

\nJanet Reader reported to police that she saw a man dressed in black in the neighborhood at 4:30 a.m. Sunday. She said she has seen the man there before and found it to be a little suspicious.

\nCatina Moore reported to police that her vehicle was damaged during a domestic dispute between two other people on Sunday morning. Police said an ash tray was thrown off the hood of her vehicle and smashed on the ground.

\nJames Richardson reported to police that while on Cottage Street at approximately 7 p.m. Sunday, a male known to him grabbed him by the shirt and hit him on the left side of the head\/face with an open hand. The victim did have a red mark.
\nHarassment charges are pending against the perpetrator.

\nBeth Mills reported to police at 7:29 p.m. Sunday that she lost her Nokia AT&T cell phone at Reservoir Park. It has a red face plate.

\nAt 1:44 a.m. Monday, police were called to assist Officer Kerns in Bellwood with a disturbance call. The officer was canceled en route.

\nLorreta Williams reported to police that her neighbor and friends were making a lot of noise at 2:50 a.m. Monday. Those causing the noise were asked to keep it down and notified that if police were called again, citations would be issued.

\nWhile on routine patrol, police discovered an intoxicated male lying along Alley F at 3:08 a.m. June 19. Police will cite the individual.

\nReverend Dennis Reedy phoned police at 9:20 a.m. June 19 concerning two abandoned vehicles on church property.
\nPolice said there were no plates on either vehicle. One vehicle was a red Dodge Neon and the other was a burgundy Cutlass Ciera.

\nPolice report observing two males inside City Hotel Park with bicycles at 4:35 p.m. Both were identified and citations will be filed for violations of the ordinance with bikes in the park.

\nKevin Bartlebaugh reported to police that his go-cart was taken the night of June 17 from his back yard.
\nThe go-cart is red in color with one seat and an 8-horsepower engine. Police estimate the value of the vehicle at $200.

\nTheodore Auker reported to police that his 13-inch, double-bladed throwing knife is missing from his apartment. It is silver in color and has eight holes in the handle. Auker believes the blade was taken on June 18.

\nDonna Weaver reported to police that someone rode a motorcycle on the sidewalk and almost struck her at 6:42 p.m. June 19.
\nPolice said the subject then went into DJ\u2019s. The complainant called back and stated that the subject left, but would like to talk to an officer.

\nAnna Reader reported to police that someone was attempting to gain entry through the back door of her residence at 2:41 a.m. on June 17.
\nPolice responded and checked the residence, but couldn\u2019t locate anyone nor any signs of attempted entry. Police will make periodic checks of the property.

\nBrenda Weaver phoned police concerning a blue Pontiac Sunfire involved in two incident over a two-day span. She said the driver attempted to get her daughter to hit her car and that the driver also tried to run her off the road.

\nEmily Murray reported that her black and silver German shepherd is gone. She said it is unlike the dog to wander away because it is almost blind. The dog\u2019s name is \u201cChiz.\u201d

\nPolice received information concerning three males in an alley with baseball bats and wearing ski masks at 11:40 p.m. June 17.
\nPolice made contact with James Potts, Gerald Price and William Helsel.
\nPolice said Potts did throw a pistol in the dumpster. he was charged with no permit and person not to carry firearms. He was committed to Blair County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

\nPolice assisted the fire department at 7:17 a.m. June 18 with a fire alarm at the second floor laundry room of Epworth Manor. Smoke was discovered in the room, but there was no fire visible.

\nA Tyrone woman reported to police that a male known to her entered her house by force at 12:53 a.m. June 18 and threatened her with a knife, destroyed her clothing and stole several items. Charges are pending.

\nLisa Hampton reported to police that she was having problems with a property owner at 410 Park Ave, yelling at kids for being on his property.
\nPolice said contact was made with four kids playing hockey in the street. The kids were asked to move up the street, and they complied.

\nRobert Ray reported to police that people are traveling through his property on dirt bikes to gain access to the woods.
\nPolice said no permanent damage was done to the lawn. He said this is a nightly occurrence and only wanted periodic checks.

\nJohn Corcelle reported to police that his girlfriend punched him in the ear then left his residence at 6:22 p.m. June 18. He requested police arrest the woman.

\nResponding officers learned the woman was from New York and was waiting for the bus. Police said they advised her where the bus stop is.
