Emmanuel Baptist Church has set dates for its annual Mission \u2013 Tyrone.
\nThe activities have been set for July 13-19. The week is full of fun, free activities, including a huge Family Fun Day.
\nAgain this year, the youth from Orange Avenue Baptist Church in Green Cove Springs, Fla. will be in Tyrone to help Emmanuel with the week\u2019s activities.
\nThe activities will be kicked off on Sunday at 6 p.m. with a concert in downtown Tyrone at Hotel Park. The Emmanuel Baptist Church Praise band and the youth from Florida will be performing. Beginning on Monday and continuing through Thursday, a Kid\u2019s Bible Club will be held int he morning from 10 a.m. to noon and a music camp in the afternoon from 2-3 p.m.
\nBoth events will take place at the field on Lincoln Avenue next to Neptune Fire Hall.
\nOn Thursday evening at 7 p.m. at the field, the children will perform the musical they learned during the week at the music camp.
\nThe week\u2019s event wrap up on July 19 from 4-8 p.m. when Emmanuel will host Family Fun Day at the field next to Neptune Fire Hall.
\nThere will be food and games for all ages. All events are free.
\nEmmanuel Baptist Church currently meets at the Tyrone YMCA.
