The NBRSA is unable to grant the taps needed for the facility.<br \/>\nRob Simington, the developer for the clinic to be run by Alliance Medical, a Pittsburgh company, told the board that he talked with Brent Brubaker of the Logan Township Sewer Authority and he told Simington that all he needed was a letter from the NBRSA and the taps would be ready to go.<br \/>\nAccording to NBRSA secretary\/treasurer Leo Matuszewski, that is not the case.<br \/>\n\u201cWe are waiting for Logan Township to lift (its) ban on multiple taps,\u201d said Matuszewski. \u201cRight now we can only add one tap at a time until Logan Township gets the approval from the Department of Environmental Protection to open the new addition to its system.\u201d<br \/>\nSimington reiterated what Brubaker said, \u201cput it in writing and they\u2019ll sign off.\u201d<br \/>\nFollowing minutes of discussion, Matuszewski and the board agreed to have its solicitor, Peter McManamon, contact the Logan Township Authority and come up with a solution.<br \/>\nSimington wanted one tap for the clinic, but NBRSA Engineer Jason Moore said the capacity needed for the clinic would be four taps.
