Child care providers, parents, grandparents and others who work with young children are invited to participate in a workshop entitled \u201cEvery Child Ready to Read @ Your Library\u201d for early talkers (birth to age 2) and talkers (ages 2-3) to be held at the Tyrone-Snyder Public Library on Thursday, July 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
\nChild care providers who participate will receive two hours of DPW continuing education credit.
\nDiscover the six pre-reading skills necessary to help children get ready to read. Learn what you can do to help infants, toddlers and preschoolers become aware of and comfortable with books and language. Discover books, rhymes and other age-appropriate resources that address these skills.
