Mrs. Annabelle Gummo, age 70, of 146 Spruce Street, Tipton, died at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2003 at her residence after a brief illness.
\nShe was born April 22, 1932 in Tyrone, a daughter of Harry H. and Maude I. (Tennis) Sprankle.
\nShe was married May 14, 1951 at Winchester, Va. to Charles E. Gummo Sr.
\nShe is survived by her husband and six children: Bonny L. Gummo at home, Dennis L. (Denise) Gummo of Warriors Mark, David B. (Julie) Gummo of Warriors Mark, Albert (Helen) Gummo of Bellwood, Charles E. (Becky) Gummo, Jr. of Tyrone, and Ida M. (Karl) Price of Tyrone.
\nShe is also survived by 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
\nShe was the last in her immediate family, being preceded in death by sisters Mabel Wertz, Lucy M. Sprankle, Agnes Riling and a brother Jesse M. Sprankle.
\nShe was a member of the Wesleyan Bible Holiness, Tyrone Mission.
\nShe was a dedicated homemaker.
\nFuneral services will be held Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at 2 p.m. at the Derman Funeral Home with Rev. Peggy Bonsell and Donald Roher officiating. Interment will be at Eastlawn Cemetery, Snyder Township.
