The vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and the trooper stooped the vehicle.<br \/>\nHe observed a 49-year-old Huntingdon man and a 14-year-old girl from Ashland, Ohio. He questioned both individuals.<br \/>\nThe trooper said the answers did not seem appropriate.
