\nPolice said Klodian Hysa of Staten Island, N.Y., struck the rear of a vehicle operated by Mark J. Fleegle of Fishertown.

\n2\/4 – State police in Hollidaysburg report Patricia Laird of Tyrone lost control of her vehicle on the ice-covered roadways of SR 453 in Snyder Township. Police said the vehicle slid out of control and struck a rock embankment.
\nSudden change in conditions
\n2\/5 – State police in Philipsburg say a sudden change in weather conditions caused a two-vehicle accident along SR 220 in Snyder Township.
\nPolice said John Evans of State College was southbound when he lost control of his vehicle, slid off the roadway and struck a parked trailer.
