The tractor-trailor then went off the road, spilling its load. The operator of the Mazda was life-flighted to Altoona Hospital and remains in serious condition.<br \/>\nEndangering welfare of children<br \/>\n1\/16- A Philipsburg woman has filed charges against her boyfriend. She reportedly left her 8  year-old mentally disabled son with him while she went to work. When she called to check on them, no one answered the phone. A friend went over to the house and found the disabled boy home alone.
