Last weekend, Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts from the local troops invaded the neighborhoods of Tyrone distributing bright yellow cards to serve as reminders of this week\u2019s Scouting for Food.
\nScouts from Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Bald Eagle United Methodist Church, Warriors Mark United Methodist Church and St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church will be in your neighborhood this morning beginning at 9 a.m.
\nPlease have your donations of canned and non-perishable foods on your porch by 8:30 a.m. so the Scouts and leaders can gather them for the needy of Tyrone.
\nIf your donation is missed, there is a drop off trailer in the Kopp Drug parking lot until 3 p.m. This drop off trailer can also be used for those living in the rural areas of Tyrone who wish to participate in this food drive.
