Students spent a month reviewing political advertising, researching candidate stances on a variety of issues, and writing a debate speech. Each student&#8217;s debate speech addressed one issue such as foreign policy, education, taxes, the economy, rights of Americans, health care, and the candidate&#8217;s experience.
