On May 8 and 9, the Tyrone Area FFA invited 400 elementary students up to the TAHS Agriculture Science department to participate in the annual “Ag in the Classroom Program”. Elementary students in Kindergarten, second and fourth grades visited the high school and experienced four agricultural learning groups including: tractor/equipment safety; animals – petting zoo; plant science – greenhouse and planting of Mother’s Day gift and Mr. Yuck and poison awareness.
