Nathan Paul Foor, 21, of 2602 Maple Avenue, Altoona, the reported robber at the Choice Store in Tyrone, has his preliminary hearing set for Tuesday, February 5 at 9:15 a.m.
Foor was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller on Tuesday around 11:45 p.m.
He was placed in Blair County Prison on $15,000 straight bail.
It was reported yesterday in The Daily Herald that around 7 p.m. Tuesday night, the Tyrone Police Department received a dispatch for a robbery which had just occurred at the Choice Store on 10th Street in Tyrone. Officers responded and found two store patrons detaining the suspect, Foor, in the parking lot.
Foor was charged with Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property and Harassment.
