Cornerstone Television, a Christian TV station based in Pittsburgh, came to Tyrone this past summer to film Hoops Fest and interview Director of Joshua House Jim Kilmartin.
Now the segment will be featured on national TV.
Kilmartin said in a press release that he believes this show also incorporates testimonies of professional athletes Tony Dungy, Troy Polamalu, Mike Tomlin and Charlie Batch.
He said, “It should be a great show. Some of you have played or participated in Hoops Fest. Be sure to watch; you may be on national TV!”
He added, either way, it is great publicity for the town of Tyrone.
Air times include: Thursday, November 29 at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; Friday, November 30 at 1:30 a.m.; Sunday, December 1 at 5 p.m. and Tuesday, December 3 at 9 p.m.
