Scheduled to open Saturday, May 26 at noon, the Bellwood-Antis pool provides a variety of fun summer activities for the entire family.
Season passes are currently available at the Bellwood Borough office, Antis Township building and the Hollidaysburg Area YMCA.
The facility is also available for rent throughout the summer.
Why not make a splash with a child’s birthday party at the community pool?
A three hour birthday party rental is $70 during open hours and $100 after hours and includes a pavilion and use of the pool for one and a half hours. Lifeguards are provided during the swim time.
The maximum number of swimmers is 25, including chaperones in the water. The swim is always scheduled first.
Birthday party rentals require reservations and a $40 deposit to guarantee a party date and time. So, gather up the decorations, put together some refreshments and make a birthday splash at the Bellwood-Antis Community Pool.
Interested individuals should check the pool rules or contact the manager for the amount of chaperones required for birthday rentals.
To make a reservation before May 25, call LeeAnn at the YMCA at 695-4467. After May 25 call Heidi at the Bellwood-Antis pool at 742-7662.
No birthday party to plan for? Not a problem. The pool is also available for private after hour rentals. The cost is $80 per hour for up to 75 party-goers. Lifeguards will be provided.
For those who wish to enjoy a nice day out but don’t want to swim, there are also pavilions for rent.
The large pavilion, with electricity, is $75 per day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Or, it can be rented by the hour at $15 per hour.
Pavilions one and two are both available for rent at $25 per day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. or at a cost of $5 per hour.
