A Tyrone man was the victim of a burglary along State Route 4025 in Snyder Township sometime between 11 a.m. on Nov. 23 and noon on Tuesday.
Police said someone entered the shed of William E. Jones, Jr. by cutting off master locks on the outside of the shed. The person then entered the shed and removed a red Johnson Red chain saw that according to the report had no value since its engine was “blown up on it.”

Rossi’s store in Tipton was the scene of retail theft on Tuesday at 8:50 a.m.
Police said someone pumped $22.24 worth of fuel into a vehicle and drove away without paying for it.

A rural Tyrone man was the victim of theft on Tuesday at 8:50 a.m.
Police said Justin Lynn Focht was hunting in the woods near State Route 453 about a mile from the Clearfield County line and had left his vehicle parked along the road. Someone entered his vehicle and took the man’s wallet.

A juvenile jogger suffered a minor injury in an accident on Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. in Antis Township.
Police said 77-year-old Ralph F. Riling, Jr. was traveling north on North 2nd Street and the juvenile was jogging south on the road. The truck traveled onto the berm and the right mirror made contact with the juvenile’s right hand. The truck’s right front tire made contact with the juvenile’s ankle causing a scrape.
Riling, Jr. was not wearing a seat belt and was not injured. He was arrested for DUI.

An unidentified driver was involved in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday night at 11:45 p.m. on State Route 4019 in Antis Township.
Police said the driver was operating his car north on the road and he lost control after going around a curve in Pinecroft. The car went off the road and rolled over. The driver then fled the scene on foot.
