Two people were involved in a harassment incident on Nov. 5 at 12:15 a.m. in Antis Township.
Police said 36-year-old Georgiana R. Wilt, Tyrone and 43-year-old Penny Lee Young, Bellwood, were involved in an “alcohol-fueled argument” during a party. The incident escalated and both were alleged to have punched, scratched and pulled each other’s hair outside a residence along Lower Riggles Gap Road. Both women were cited for harassment.

Two people escaped injury in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of South 3rd Street and old Route 220 in Snyder Township on Nov. 5 at 10:30 a.m.
Police said a car driven by Troy A. Didomenico, RR 4, Tyrone pulled from 3rd Street into the path of vehicle driven by Kathy Cowher, Tyrone. Cowher attempted to avoid the collision by applying her brakes and swerving to the left. However, she was unable to do so and the vehicles collided. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

A 47-year-old rural Tyrone woman, Paula Shoenfelt, was charged with simple assault after an incident in Antis Township on Nov. 5 at 4:10 p.m.
State police said Shoenfelt was charged after a domestic incident between her and her daughter. Shoenfelt was arraigned and released after posting bail.

State police investigated a hit-and-run accident that happened in Antis Township on Nov. 5 at 6 p.m.
Debbie Rider of Altoona reported someone backed into the rear of car while it was parked at the Martin’s grocery store parking lot.
