A Warriors Mark man reported someone entered his residence between July 30 and Sept. 15 and took guns from the property.
State police said the incident happened at the Dennis Peterson, Sr. residence on Dry Hollow Road. Someone took the weapons from a locked gun safe. The items taken were a Taurus 9mm nickel with wood grips, 92 F semi-auto, 308 British short barrel carbine and a black 9mm carbine rifle-dot scope. Anyone with information on the crime should contact Huntingdon County-based state police at 627-3161.

Police are investigating a theft at a rural Tyrone home that happened sometime between 3 p.m. on August 28 and 4 p.m. last Thursday.
Police said several articles of jewelry were removed from the Mountain View Road home of Samuel Romano and Sherry Lang.

Two people have been charged with receiving stolen property after an incident at Caracciolo’s Salvage Yard in Pinecroft, Antis Township on Sept. 18 at 1:30 p.m.
Police charged Amanda Steele of Duncansville and Francis Gaul of Flinton after they allegedly tried to sell copper that had been stolen two days earlier from Caracciolo’s.

State police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened at the I-99 construction site in Bald Eagle, Snyder Township in the overnight hours between Sept. 19 and Sept. 20.
Police said someone smashed a side window of a construction vehicle belonging to A & L Construction Company of Belle Vernon, PA.

A 27-year-old Ashville man, Jason Paul McClellan, has been accused in an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle/DUI incident that happened sometime between 10:11 p.m. on Sept. 22 and 1:21 a.m. on Sept. 23.
Police said McClellan operated a vehicle belonging to Tina Marie Smith of Altoona without her permission. He was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol.
