A 26-year-old Warriors Mark man was the victim in a burglary incident on Sept. 7 between 4 and 5:30 p.m.
Police said the incident happened at the Christopher M. Laird residence at the intersection of State Route 350 and 550. Someone entered the victim’s residence and took money. The case remained under investigation including authorities looking at possible suspects as of Tuesday.

A burglary took place at a residence next to the old Red Lion Bar in Snyder Township sometime between Sept. 16 at 11 p.m. and 1:28 a.m. on Sept. 17.
Police said in the commission of the crime, someone entered Heidi Jo Frye’s residence by reaching through a broken window on the front door and unlocking it. Once inside the suspect ransacked the home but did not take anything. The suspect then fled the scene.

A 45-year-old Tyrone woman, Linda Alley, was involved in a one-vehicle accident on old Route 220 near Tri Star Ford in Snyder Township at noon on Sept. 17.
Police said Alley lost control of her vehicle when she suffered a medical emergency. Her vehicle struck several mailboxes and then went into a ditch and rolled over.

An Altoona man, Robert Gensamer, was accused of harassment after an ongoing situation earlier this month.
Police said the victim, Jennifer Gensamer of Tipton, reported receiving harassing phone calls from Gensamer during a two-week period. Police indicated they received word of the problem at 2 p.m. on Sept. 17.

A Jennifer Ann Gensamer of Cherry Avenue, Tipton was also listed as the victim in a separate state police press release regarding a burglary and criminal trespass case that happened on Sept. 19.
Police said someone known to Gensamer entered her residence at 11:50 p.m. while she was sleeping in bed. She awoke to find the person standing in her bedroom and yelled at the suspect to leave. The man tried to talk the woman into allowing him to stay but she kept yelling for him to leave. He then left the scene on foot in an unknown direction. Police said the man apparently entered the residence through a locked window. Charges in that case were to be filed before Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller.

A 21-year-old Fleming man, Matthew Dixon, was the victim in a harassment incident that happened on Sept. 19 at 6:30 a.m. at the Evergreen Farms, Inc. in Warriors Mark.
Police said Dixon and the suspect were working when an argument ensued and the suspect struck Dixon on the side of the head. Charges were pending as of last week’s state police release.

An 80-year-old Tyrone man was arrested in a domestic harassment incident that happened at noon on Sept. 19.
Police said William Cloyd Stever was accused of grabbing 76-year-old Helen Lorraine Stever during a domestic altercation. The woman suffered a laceration. Charges against the man were filed before Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller.
