Stephanie Dawn Barndt and Adam Edward Goss were united in marriage in a double ring ceremony at Park Forest Baptist Church in State College at 3 p.m. on May 27, 2006 by Rev. James P. Nolten.
Stephanie is the daughter of Vance and Denise Barndt of RD3 Box 250 A Tyrone.
Adam is the son of Calvin and Kathy Goss of 446 Goss Hollow Lane, Port Matilda.
Wedding music was provided on the piano by the groom’s cousin, Danielle Bandel.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Vance Barndt.
The bride’s gown was a white, spaghetti strap dress, accented with lace, white pearls and rhinestones all over.
She wore a small tiara with white pearls, rhinestones and butterflies.
The bride’s flowers were cream roses, cream carnations and pink stargazers.
The Matron of Honor was Alicia Wrye of Warriors Mark, Best friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Tiffany Barndt and Brittany Barndt, of Tyrone, sisters of the bride and Shannon Hoover of Hunker, sister of the groom.
The attendants’ gowns were burgundy spaghetti strap dresses with a cream bow around the waist that hung down the side.
Attendants’ flowers were burgundy and cream roses.
The best man was Kyle Conrad of Warriors Mark, best friend of the groom.
Ushers were William Russell of Warriors Mark, friend of the groom; Matthew Wheland of Port Matilda, cousin of the groom and Todd Hoover of Hunker, brother-in-law of the groom.
The flower girl was Rilee Barndt.
The reception was held at the Tyrone Elks Lodge.
The couple took a wedding trip to Hawaii.
Stephanie is a graduate of Tyrone Area High School and the Computer Learning Network for massage therapy. She is employed at Snappy’s in Bald Eagle.
Adam is a graduate of Tyrone Area High School and Penn State University for Aerospace Engineering and is currently employed at the Applied Research Lab at Penn State University.
The couple are currently residing at 446 Goss Hollow Lane, Port Matilda, Pa. 16870.
They will soon be moving to Ohio so Adam can start his new job at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
