Police are seeking a man in connection with a fraud incident at Snappy’s Convenience Store in Bald Eagle that dates back to late December of last year.
The man purchased more than $1,000 in cigarettes with a fraudulent credit card at the store. Police described him as a black man in his 20s to 30s and about six foot in height. Authorities said the man might be from the state of New York.

The Bellmeade area of Antis Township was the scene of criminal mischief last week.
Someone damaged trash cans belonging to Paul Wakefield Vincent of North Hawthorne Drive. The cans were damaged on March 8, shortly before 8 p.m. when an unknown driver drove a vehicle into the victim’s driveway and hit the cans.

A Bellwood woman was the victim of theft stemming from an incident on March 9.
Police said 48-year-old Debra Diane Logue of Stadium Drive, Antis Township reported a person known to her stole some of her medications. Police were continuing their investigation as of their release on Monday.

A rural Tyrone man had snow equipment taken from his truck in an incident at his residence last week.
Someone made off with the snowplow attachment to a truck belonging to 41-year-old William James Houp. The unknown person took the attachment while the truck was parked in the man’s driveway along State Route 4021, about 100 feet north of Danbeck Road in Antis Township. Police said the incident happened sometime between 10 p.m. on March 9 and 6 a.m. on March 10.

A Houtzdale man is being charged with criminal mischief after an incident last weekend at a residence in Warriors Mark Township.
Police said 47-year-old Gregory Reifer is accused of cutting a phone line leading from the box outside the residence of 45-year-old Norma Reifer. Damages were estimated at less than $500.
