Myers Elementary School in Bellwood has announced registration dates for kindergarten and first grade for the 2006-07 school term.
Registration dates are scheduled for Wednesday, April 19 and Thursday, April 20.
Earlier this year, parents of children who will be eligible for kindergarten and those students eligible for first grade, who did not attend kindergarten in the Bellwood-Antis School District, were asked to pre-register with the school for the upcoming year.
Registration packets have now been mailed out to parents for completion prior to the registration dates and appointments are being scheduled at this time for those parents who have pre-registered their children.
Anyone who has not received a registration packet along with a registration appointment time should contact the Myers Elementary office at 742-2272 as soon as possible so the information can be mailed out immediately.
Children who will be five-years-old before September 1,2006 are eligible for admission to kindergarten. Children who will be six-years-old before September 1, 2006 are eligible for admission to first grade.
Children who will be entering first grade that have not attended kindergarten in the Bellwood-Antis School District should also call the elementary office for more information on registration.
