Philipsburg-based state police are investigating a identity theft case in Halfmoon Township, Centre County that happened between Nov. 1 and Dec. 30 of last year.
Police said a 53-year-old woman with a Warriors Mark address was victimized when someone applied for several credit cards using the victim’s personal information. The woman discovered the crime when she received a call from a credit card company regarding an overdue bill. Police said they were continuing their investigation.

A boat motor was stolen from a parking lot in Antis Township sometime between Dec. 1 of last year and New Year’s Day.
Police said the motor was stolen from a boat belonging to Robert Simpson at the Lee Industries parking lot.

State police investigated a harassment incident at a residence along McFarlane Road in Antis Township of Dec. 18 at 6:45 p.m.
Police said a citation for harassment was to be filed against 22-year-old Scott Carl Evans as a result of his actions against 20-year-old Dinene Krista Ford during a domestic argument.

A three-vehicle accident happened on State Route 865 near the intersection of State Route 220 in Antis Township on Dec. 20 at 9:35 a.m.
The accident happened when a vehicle in front of a car driven by 54-year-old Phyllis Nimitz of Bellwood was turning left into Sheetz. Nimitz’s vehicle and a vehicle operated by 48-year-old Georgina Montgomery of Tyrone slowed down.
A vehicle operated by a teenage girl from Fallentimber was approaching from the rear and couldn’t slow down in time. The front end of that vehicle hit the rear of Montgomery’s vehicle, which in turn was pushed into the rear of Nimitz’s car.
All three drivers were wearing seat belts and no one was injured.
The girl’s vehicle had moderate front-end damage. The other two vehicles had minor rear-end damage.

Huntingdon County-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident on Dec. 21 at 7:45 a.m. in Porter Township.
A Tyrone man, 37-year-old Victor Huber, Jr. was eastbound on State Route 305 at the Shelton Avenue intersection when the accident happened. A vehicle driven by 58-year-old Terrie Miller of Huntingdon was behind Huber’s vehicle when Huber stopped to turn onto Shelton Avenue. Miller’s vehicle did not stop and stuck the rear of Huber’s.
Neither person was injured in the incident and both were wearing seat belts. Miller was to be cited for careless driving.
Miller’s vehicle had heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene. Huber’s vehicle had moderate damage. Police were assisted at the scene by Alexandria’s fire department and EMS.

A juvenile was charged with harassment after an incident at Green Tree Village on old Route 220 in Snyder Township on Dec. 21 at 4:30 p.m.
Police said a 17-year-old male became angered and while being restrained kicked and punched three employees at the facility. Police identified the victims as 22-year-old Jeremy Miles, 22-year-old Gabriel Gates, both of Blandburg and 52-year-old Charles Spicer of Tyrone.

A 34-year-old Altoona woman was the victim of criminal mischief after an incident along State Route 4019 in Antis Township sometime between 9 p.m. on Dec. 23 and 2 p.m. on Dec. 24.
Someone smashed the window of a vehicle belonging to Jody James Weimer, according to Hollidaysburg State Police.

David and Linda Hershey were the victims of a theft in Warriors Mark Township sometime between 1 and 6 a.m. on Christmas Eve.
Someone entered their property on Ridge Road and stole a white-colored Polaris Trailblazer ATV then fled the scene. Police are asking anyone with information in the case to contact Trooper Gretchen Wilt of the Pennsylvania state police at 814-627-3161.
