About Him Ministries of Tyrone is proud to present A New Year’s Gospel Music Celebration at the Tyrone Area High School cafeteria.
The concert is scheduled for December 30, with dinner at 6 p.m. and the concert beginning at 7 p.m.
Appearing in concert will be: The Partons of Sevierville, TN, Randy Simpson of Carlisle, The Masters of Nanty Glo, Joe Tomlinson of Langhorne and Bill and Judy Jones of Tyrone.
“These are some of the best gospel singers in the area,” said About Him Ministries founder, Bill Jones.
The menu for the evening includes: oven baked chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, tossed salad, fruit salad, roll and butter, cake, coffee and juice. Marietta’s is the caterer for the event.
There will also be door prizes throughout the evening.
Tickets for dinner and the concert are $20, and tickets for the concert only are $12 per person. The ticket deadline for purchasing dinner/concert tickets is December 26. After that date, tickets will be available for the concert only.
Seating will be limited to 200 people, so individuals are encouraged to get their tickets fast.
Jones said that last year’s concert was a complete success and that those in attendance enjoyed a full night of good food and music. This is the second New Year’s concert that About Him Ministries is sponsoring.
About Him Ministries is starting its 10th year in music ministry, and Jones is finishing his third year of Bible School. This year alone, About Him Ministries has played at 42 different venues along the East Coast.
