A 40-year-old Tyrone woman suffered a minor injury in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 45 in Spruce Creek on Nov. 27, shortly after 5 p.m.
The crash happened when Sally Campbell was traveling east on the road. She overcompensated while negotiating a right curve. Her car struck an embankment and overturned.
Police said Campbell was wearing a seat belt and traffic violation charges were filed against her in district court.

An unidentified 17-year-old female driver suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hollen and State Route 4015 in Antis Township on Nov. 28 at approximately 9:45 p.m.
The teen was traveling downhill on Moser Road when she was unable to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of Moser and Hollen Road. Her vehicle traveled through the intersection and then, turning right, through the intersection of Hollen Road and State Route 4015.
The right side of the car struck the end of a guardrail at the intersection, and then went perpendicular across SR 4015, striking another guardrail head on.
The driver was taken by ambulance to Altoona Regional Medical Center.
The vehicle had significant front-end damage and had to be towed from the scene.

A 22-year-old Pittsburgh man escaped injury in a one-vehicle accident on I-99 in Snyder Township on Nov. 29 at 10:30 a.m.
Patrick Dailey was traveling south on the highway, approximately one-tenth of a mile to the beginning of the Tyrone off ramp. During heavy rain conditions, Dailey lost control of his vehicle and slid into a concrete median wall. Police said Dailey was wearing his seat belt.
Daily’s car had damage to its left front and left rear corners, as well as the rear bumper. The car had to be towed from the scene.

State police investigated a two-vehicle accident on State Route 220, in front of Reese’s Market, in Snyder Township on Nov. 29 at 11:25 a.m.
Police said 67-year-old Gary White of Concord, NH, pulled his vehicle out from a private lane just north of Reese’s Market and began traveling south on Route 220, when a truck driven by 25-year-old Richard Biter approached from behind at a higher-than-reasonable rate of speed. The left-front corner of Biter’s truck struck the right-rear corner of White’s vehicle. Biter’s truck then traveled into a ditch along the western edge of the road.
Biter and White were not injured. A passenger in White’s pick-up truck, 47-year-old Glen Polucha, also was not hurt. All occupants were wearing seat belts.
Biter’s truck had minor front-end damage and engine damage. White’s truck had minor rear-end damage.

A 28-year-old Port Matilda man was accused of trespassing in a wooded area off of McMonigal Lane in Taylor Township, Centre County on Nov. 30 at 8:15 a.m.
Terry L. Taylor of Port Matilda reported to police that Fredrick G. Sones II was observed on his property that was posted. Trespassing charges were filed against Sones at Magisterial District Judge Allen Sinclair’s office.
