A 26-year-old Tyrone man was arrested on DUI charges after an incident on Aug. 10 at 4:55 a.m. on Interstate 99.
Police said Joshua A. Snyder was stopped traveling the wrong way on Interstate 99, just north of the Plank Road exit. He was subsequently arrested for DUI.

A Tyrone man was arrested for harassment and criminal mischief after an early morning Aug. 15 incident in Snyder Township.
Bruce Wayne Daugherty, Jr. was at the residence of Connie Stiver at the time of the incident. He was said to be drinking and became intoxicated and ignorant. Stiver tried to get Daughtery to leave the property. He then allegedly punched her in the head and chest. He also broke a fan and tried to use the victim’s cell phone to call for a ride. Police said he threw the phone causing it to break.

State police arrested a 19-year-old Tyrone man for underage drinking after an incident on Aug. 15, shortly after 3:30 a.m. in Snyder Township.
Police said Michael Farabaugh was walking along State Route 220 and was approached by police. It was determined he had been drinking. Farabaugh was then arrested.

The Uni-Mart in Warriors Mark was the scene of a pump-and-run on Aug. 16 at 10:20 p.m.
An unidentified black man was seen pumping gas into a dark color Chevrolet Cavalier, while the driver, a white male, remained in the vehicle. After pumping $20 worth of gas, the black man got back into the car and the pair fled the scene without paying for it. Huntingdon-based state police are continuing their investigation and are asking for the public’s help.

A burglary occurred at the Spring Mount Pumping Station in Warriors Mark sometime between Aug. 17 and 19.
Someone broke into several sheds at the pumping station, which is owned by the Warriors Mark General Authority. A roll of three-quarter inch copper tubing was removed. It was valued at approximately $200.
