State police investigated a criminal mischief incident at the DelGrosso’s Amusement Park parking lot that happened on July 5.
The incident occurred at 3:36 a.m. in Tipton when 25-year-old Sean Edward Morgan of Hesston allegedly caused damage to a vehicle belonging to Walter Leroy Douglas of Fishertown.
Police said Morgan was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

An 11-year-old Bellwood girl told police she was the victim of repeated indecent assaults last month.
The girl reported a 63-year-old man had touched her inappropriately on numerous occasions. Police said the victim knew the man who allegedly assaulted her. The incidents were reported to have happened between July 14 and 21. Authorities were continuing their investigation as of late last week.

A Newry woman had items from her vehicle stolen while it sat in a parking lot at the Tytoona Caves in Tyrone Township last month.
The incident happened sometime between 3 and 4 p.m. on July 19, according to Hollidaysburg state police.
Bethany Root was visiting the caves when someone entered her vehicle and removed a pioneer stereo system, money, makeup, a purse and several cds from a maroon Dodge Neon.

State police are investigating a missing person’s case involving a Tipton man.
Forty-year-old Charles Robert Howsare, RR 5, Tyrone, left his residence on July 25 to go to Elmhurst, IL. However, Howsare never showed up at his destination.
Police said the man contacted his wife by phone on Aug. 1, but had not been heard from since that time. He was believed to possibly be in Illinois near the Chicago area as of late last week. Police departments in that area were notified of Howsare’s missing person status.
He is described as 5’-11’’ in height, weighing 230 pounds. He has brown eyes and a salt and pepper beard and mustache. Police said the missing man was driving a gray 1999 Toyota Tacoma with a Pennsylvania registration of YKD5975.
Hollidaysburg state police said there was no update regarding Howsare’s whereabouts as of this morning.
