A 21-year-old Bellwood man and three 17-year-old males were charged with harassment after an incident in Frankstown Township in May.
State police said that around 12:40 a.m. on May 18, the man and the teens arrived at 17-year-old girl’s home on Promise Lane. Eggs were thrown at the victim’s house. The suspects fled in a vehicle and they were later identified.
Citations against the suspects were filed against them in district court.

An ATV was stolen from a property on Graham Drive in Antis Township between 8 p.m. on July 21 and 1 p.m. on July 23.
According to police, someone removed the ATV from Daniel S. Cessna’s property. The ATV is described as a Suzuki, LT-Z400, four-wheeler, white in color with black decals. Anyone with information regarding the crime is asked to call Hollidaysburg state police at 696-6100.

Two people escaped injury in an accident on State Route 550 in Warriors Mark Township on July 22 at 11:05 a.m.
A Winber man, 33-year-old Christopher Lafferty, was driving a truck west on the road and came to a stop. A car driven by 33-year-old Denise Rupert of State College stopped behind the truck.
Lafferty then backed up on the road and struck the front of Rupert’s vehicle. Lafferty was cited for careless backing on the road.
Police said Lafferty’s truck had no damage while Rupert’s car had minimal damage.

The swimming pool area at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park was the scene of a theft on July 23 at 4:45 p.m.
Someone removed a “Nike” carry bag belonging to Virgil Hunter of Tyrone. The bag was next to a chair Hunter was using at the side of the children’s pool. The incident happened while Hunter was in the pool with his family members. When he returned to his chair he found the bag missing. The bag contained a small amount of cash, identification items and several credit cards.
A bystander saw two persons walk off with the bag. One person was described as a white female approximately 18 to 22-years-old with dark shoulder length hair, wearing a flame-colored top. The other person was described as a white man, 18 to 22-years-old with short sandy hair. The man was missing a tooth from his upper jaw.
Anyone with any information on the crime are asked to call state police in Hollidaysburg at 696-6100.

The Uni-Mart in Warriors Mark Village was the scene of a pump-and-run incident on July 25 at 3:45 p.m.
According to a police press release, the suspect pumped $18 in gas and fled the scene. The suspect was described as a black man driving a small red car.
