Philipsburg-based state police investigated a three-vehicle crash on State Route 220, near the Centre/Blair County line, in Taylor Township, Centre County on June 13 at 4:40 p.m.
Police are looking for a fourth vehicle, a dark blue Dodge Neon operated by a white male, which created the accident situation.
Authorities said the vehicle passed a tractor trailer in a no passing zone. The move by the driver forced three vehicles off the road.
A vehicle operated by 21-year-old Timothy Hauser of Slinger Lands, N.Y. struck a utility pole while it took evasive action. A vehicle operated by 41-year-old Mary Mitchell of Altoona also took evasive action and as a result hit a pick-up truck operated by 19-year-old Lucas Lorson.
Hauser was wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries. Mitchell and Lorson were also wearing seat belts and were not injured.
Police said the Dodge Neon continued south on Route 220. Anyone with information on the incident should contact state police at Philipsburg.

An Altoona woman was victimized by a Tyrone woman in an harassment incident shortly after midnight on June 13.
Twenty-eight-year-old Julie L. Fisher was cited for harassment, after striking 32-year-old Bonnie Lazor on the left side of the face, while she was seated in her vehicle on Hancock Street in Snyder Township.

A Tyrone man and woman were involved in a domestic dispute which led to disorderly conduct charges after an incident on June 13 between 9:15 and 9:30 p.m.
Police said 31-year-old Eric William Johnson and 28-year-old Julie Sue Fisher began yelling and swearing at each other which created the disturbance.
A non-traffic citation was filed before Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller.

Bruce Cox Construction was hit by theft sometime between June 16 at 8 p.m. and June 17 at 7 a.m. on Laurel Lane off of State Route 350 in Warriors Mark Township.
Police said the unknown suspect(s) arrived on the scene and took three spools of copper electrical wire from a construction site. The wire was valued at approximately $500.
State police at Huntingdon are asking for help regarding the crime.

State police are investigating a theft at a Bellwood-area business which happened sometime between June 17 and 18 in Antis Township.
Someone broke into the soda machine located outside the Bopin Brew Beverage and took money from it.
