State police are investigating a theft in Antis Township which happened sometime between May 26 at 5:45 p.m. and May 27 at 4:45 p.m.
Someone entered a delivery truck which was parked at the Frito Lay Warehouse, along Frito Lane in Pinecroft.
Police said miscellaneous snack items valued at $1,321.97 were taken from the truck.
The investigation into the incident was continuing as of last week and any person with information is asked to contact Hollidaysburg’s state police at 696-6100.

State police arrested a 44-year-old Tyrone man on DUI charges after an incident on Bald Eagle Pike Road in Snyder Township on May 31 at 4:45 p.m.
Wilbur Merl Miller was stopped for driving his pick-up truck in an erratic manner on the road. Miller was taken to Tyrone Hospital for a blood test. Police said the test revealed his blood-alcohol content was in excess of the legal limit.
Charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller’s office.

A 48-year old Tyrone man was arrested for DUI after being stopped for a traffic violation along State Route 4019 and State Route 4018 in Pinecroft, Antis Township on June 4 at 12:42 a.m.
Kenneth Eugene Young was stopped for the violation on SR 4019 and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Police said late last week that charges against Young for DUI and other related summary offenses would be filed with Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller.

A Tyrone man escaped injury in a one-vehicle accident which occurred on June 4 at 4 a.m. on State Route 1001 in Antis Township.
Benjamin Michael Folk, allegedly swerved to avoid hitting something in the roadway while northbound on the road and struck the median and sign. State police said Folk was wearing his seat belt.

State police at Philipsburg arrested a 25-year-old Altoona man for DUI after a crash on State Route 350 in Taylor Township, Centre County at 6 a.m.
Joshua Robert Buchanan was not hurt in the crash and was wearing a seat belt. His vehicle had minor damage.

A 12-year-old boy was injured in an accident with a car while riding his bicycle on State Route 4021, about a half-a-mile south of Tipton, in Antis Township.
The boy traveled onto the road from a private driveway into the path of a car operated by Stephen Ferrone of Altoona. The youngster was not wearing a bike helmet and was transported to Altoona Hospital for treatment.
Ferrone and a passenger, Christina Ferrone, were wearing seat belts. A one-year-old baby girl was also in the vehicle in a child safety seat.
Ferrone’s car had minor damage.

A 21-year-old Tyrone man has been accused of simple assault after a domestic incident on June 4 at 8:20 p.m.
Brandon Che Keirs is accused of assaulting 50-year-old Kathie Virginia Davis and a 16-year-old juvenile from Blair County during the incident.
