Warren E. (Buddy) Daughenbaugh Jr. has announced his candidacy for a two-year term as Snyder Township supervisor.
“As a lifelong resident of Snyder Township, I feel a personal commitment to the township,” said Daughenbaugh of his reasons for running.
“With ancestors dating to the 1850s, I feel the need to be involved on a personal level for present generations and those to come. I feel more young people need to become more involved in the well being of our township.”
Daughenbaugh added that with the completion of I-99, he believes more development will be added to the township. He said that with more development comes added responsibility to protect Snyder Township.
“While my age is an issue for some, I feel I will bring new ideas and a youthful perspective to the board. I’m aware of all the responsibilities that come with this position and look forward to the challenges that lay ahead for Snyder Township and its residents.”
He added that he will be available for any concerns of the township.
“All voices should and will be heard if I serve on the board.”
